Hello!

I'm Narelle Wagner,
the founder and director of Studio Connect.

As an organisational change, communication, and learning strategist, I lead the design and implementation of programs that support business transformation.

Workplaces have changed an incredible amount in the last 20 years, and I've enjoyed a front-row seat in helping to influence business change and redesign the experience of work.

The Studio Connect story

As a business leader

In life before Studio Connect, I led culture and performance, HR and safety culture, and communication and organisational change teams at public and private sector organisations in Australia.

As a consultant

As a consultant, I've led multidisciplinary teams to implement some game-changing culture and behaviour programs for well-known multinational and global brands.

Today

As the founder and director of Studio Connect I bring together the best people and performance specialists to keep pushing the boundaries and designing the next generation of workplace programs that shift mindsets, change behaviours and bring out the best in people.

Meet the office boss

Morris

Studio Connect is based on the Gold Coast.

In our beachside office you'll also find Morris the 10-year-old British Bulldog. He's a terrible guard dog and a chronic snorer, but he's fun to have around...most of the time!
